April is Jazz Apprecation Month! People all over the world celebrate and honor one of America's earliest and iconic art forms during the month of April. In 2001, Jazz Appreciation Month was founded by John Edward Hasse who was a curator at the Smithsonian National Museum of American History.
There are jazz events all over Northwest Arkansas in the next month. You might also consider giving a financial gift to the Northwest Arkansas Jazz Society to support our mission to "present, preserve, promote, and celebrate the great American art form known as jazz."
